Set Up Surface & Surrounding Area

Paso Bounce will NOT set up on rock, gravel or any sharp jagged surfaces. For safety purposes the are needs to be level, we cannot set up on hills or sloped surfaces. The area must be accessible for delivery by hand held dolly . Please check and try to make sure your setup area is clear of low cables or tree branches and allows the minimum required set up area shown on each unit's listing.

While Paso Bounce equipment is on site we require permission to enter private property until equipment is removed.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 7 days before the event, we will retain your payment in a raincheck credit, good for one full year toward a future event.

If you cancel before the 7 days leading up to the event, your full balance can be refunded or placed in a raincheck credit, whichever you prefer.

In the event of the possibility of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event and receive a refund of your payment. If you choose to have us come out to deliver the unit and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions, there will be a $25 cancellation fee.

Inclement Weather Policy

Paso Bounce reserves the right to cancel your rental due to rain, chances of rain or strong winds on the date of your rental. We will contact you if there are any weather concerns prior to delivery. Any cancellation due to weather will result in rescheduling the rental (based on availability) or refund. When it comes to weather your safety is way too important to us to take the risk.

Excessive Cleaning Fee

A $50 minimum "excessive cleaning fee" will be charged to the card on file at the discretion of Paso Bounce should the there be a need for more than normal cleaning after rental usage.

Removal of Silly String like Substances

If silly string or any similar substance is permitted to come in contact with the inside or outside of the inflatable unit, a $300.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed by Paso Bounce. If, in our opinion, the damage is severe enough to render the unit un-rentable, the customer will be responsible for the replacement of the unit (minimum $1,000), at full replacement price, and any loss of revenue until the replacement arrives. The reason for this policy is that the chemicals in these products cause irreparable damage to the inflatable and the cleaners that have to be used to remove them also cause additional damage.

Safety Rules

The rented unit must be under adult supervision at all times ensuring that the inflatable is safe and not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to ages and size of the bounce house and inflatables. Follow recommended manufacturer's guidelines found on the attached safety sign of each unit.

Shoes, glasses, jewelry, badges, hair barrettes, and any other object which may cause injury and/or damage the unit must be removed prior to entering.

To avoid any injuries, no flips, no somersaults, no wrestling, no rough housing, no pushing, no colliding, or any form of bodily contact is allowed.

No silly string, food, drink, candy, chewing gum or any other sticky substance is allowed in or around the inflatable.

Absolutely no user under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating drugs should use the bounce house, inflatables, or water slides.

No smoking or barbeque units within 15 feet of the unit.

Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step or anywhere on the exterior of the inflatable.

Do not allow individuals to climb, hang, or sit on inflatable walls.

Keep units away from swimming pools.

Subjects over the age of 15 years should not use the inflatable unless the unit is designed for adults.

Do not fasten or tie anything to the inflatable. Any damage or excessive debris will result in a repair or cleaning charge to you the renter.

In case of inclement weather, deflate the unit for rain and/or high winds. Allow the unit to dry when re-inflated as the vinyl surface can be extremely slippery when wet.
